2019 - Venezia Ca' Noghera
Requalification plan and extension of a residential area with extensions of existing buildings and change of destination of new buildings from residential to accommodation use. The project is identified in a "unique planning", respectful of the specificities and peculiarities of the landscape, restructuring where possible the existing buildings and realizing new ones. For the new constructions are provided traditional materials with roofing tiles, visible masonry using old bricks.
