Restoration of the entire building block.
Documentary historical verification to demonstrate the degree of alteration of the building unit " irreversibly transformed " from the original pre-nineteenth century and restore the altana removed, in the respect the constructive characteristics and with the use of materials identical to those of the roof of the building, consistent with the historical origin of the organism. Inside was design a "staircase tower" in specialized cell, which constitutes the current entrance from the “calle” and which connects all the floors that make up the real estate unit, from the ground floor to the roof.
