Expansion of a residential building with simultaneous change of use of the part in expansion from residential to artisanal. The current minor boatyard activity of boat storage and repairs of marine engines with a part of building in adherence consists of two volumes of different heights that detach morphologically in a clear manner in order to give "lower rank" the new volume in expansion compared to the existing "rural building".
